SEMCO commenced operations in 2010, as Electrical & Mechanical consulting engineers with a staff compliment of 2 persons. SEMCO has developed significant skill and experience in the Zimbabwean market by being the lead Energy Auditors in the National Energy Efficiency Audit of Zimbabwe that was sponsored by the Zimbabwean Energy Regulatory Authority (ZERA) between January 2014 and July 2015.
Our international experience has a strong Southern African and East African focus including training programs and projects in Namibia Mozambique, Angola, South Africa, Tanzania, Uganda and Kenya. SEMCO recognises that our people are our most valuable asset. For this reason SEMCO continuously invests in training and skills development.
SEMCO staff receives developmental and technical training to provide personal and career growth, as well as keeping up to date with best practises and latest technologies. In addition, SEMCO provides in-service training to students from Zimbabwean institutions of higher learning.
